We are too used to paying for cheap pizza in this world. A visit to Erbelli's will cure that!
Pros:
Delicious pizza
An enormous menu
Friendly staff
The twisted sista pizza is the best I've had at a restaurant, ever!
Cons:
Loud, with not much sound dampening
So. Many. Tvs.
Sometimes a wait, even when there are open tables (??)
Slow table service
That said, this is wonderful for a delicious pizza! They also have a lunch buffet, but it gets crowded (with those in the know!) -

If there's one thing Erbelli's could improve on, it would be playing up the "gourmet" in its name. Having ordered carryout from here once prior, my group and I were looking for a late-evening place to dine in and grab something to eat and were happy to learn that they were open until 1 pm.
Once seated, we were presented with what seemed like a book for a menu that was loaded with all types of gourmet pizza.
After much mulling, we chose one of the Detroit-style pizzas, which were relatively new to the menu. Gotta say that it was pretty amazing. Not at all your typical round pizza, this was rectangular with a crunchy--not doughy crust that was loaded with all kinds of tasty toppings. Yummy indeed.
Other notable items on the menu were the Caprese salad and wings.
Good stuff. I'll definitely be hitting this place again when I return to KZoo. -

This is a great pizza joint with a sports bar atmosphere. I went here with my father on a Friday afternoon and the crowd was lively!
As this was our first time, we ordered a thin crust cheese pizza. The pizza really reminded me of New York Style pizza and was very good. The waiter did have to switch out the first pizza he brought as the mozzarella was not cooked, but he was more than happy to flip the dishes. It was nice, but this made our quick drop in an hour experience.
I enjoyed the food and my only critique was that the pizza sauce was a bit too sweet. Beyond that, the bread had great flavor and I am excited to come back in and try one of the heartier Detroit style pizzas soon! -

Love the Ernie bread!
All you can eat soup & salad bar had great soup but only lettuce, onion, tomato, cheese. No pasta salad and no potato salad.
Pizza was good but it had waaaaayyyyy too much oregano in the sauce.
The sausage was very good but again too much Italian seasoning and oregano.
Our server was great, place was clean & will probably return to try calzone -

Wanted to check out some local Kalamazoo pizza and I found Erbelli's. I wouldn't say it's the best I've ever had but it came up as a very respectable pizza. The pizza I had had the original crust. The crust flavor was solid. I'd like the inner / bottom crust a little more crispy but that could have been due to the amount of cheese or toppings. I'd give the crust a 8. The ingredient flavor... that was pretty good. I'd say there was a little too much cheese in the middle. Ingredients get an 8 but I've got to give the cheese a generous 6 or a low 7. If I put all the ratings together I'd give it a 7.5. Which is easily an "I'd order this pizza again" rating. Next time I'll try the thin crust though. This may give me the crust I'm looking for.
